Torch Entertainment has put together a show at Reno's Chop Shop featuring The Heroine (http://www.myspace.com/theheroinerock) whom has been releasing their CD on a tour across the country. Doors open around 8PM, and Hopeless Romantica (http://myspace.com/hrrocksharder) performs at 10:40PM. The doors open at 11AM, and starting at 11:30AM bands will be playing 20 minute sets with 6 to 7 minutes between the next band. The drum set and guitar amps are being provided by Concerts First so setup time will actually be pretty fast. The next interesting part about this event is that it will actually be judged, which is actually rare these days in "Battle of the Bands"! So all the bands in this event should be showcasing their best 20 minute set in hopes of scoring high with the judges. The actual time we play will be somewhat determined by ticket sales, whoever sells the most tickets gets to pick first, but we expect to sell quite a few tickets and choose a slot between 4PM and 10PM.
